Need help installing this template.

I really need help installing this template. Normally i dont use magento at all and program myself in php. But right now im kinda in a hurry. And installing this is harder then i thought it would be! There are 2 ways of downloading this template. app/skin. Or the whole package. Now i tried both ways and the most of what i could get was this
