MT Slideshow crashing site when enabled after upgrading from MT Verny version

upgraded to MT Slideshow version : 1.5.1.5 from the one installed with MT Verny, and the site crashes. Site works when I disable MT Slideshow under System Configuration. The Slideshow and MT Products were working fine until I added the MT Croto template and then upgraded.

Please help. I can PM more information as needed

This is the error i'm getting from the error report

the table that is in the database is *******.mtslideshow
