[MT Slideshow] Not able to add any Links & Description for Slideshow Images.

I have bought and installed Kitchen Theme ( Mt_Segina) unfortunatelly, from day 1 MT slideshow is not working as expected,

I am able to upload images but, when I try to add links and title to the images, the Changes are not being reflected and also When I try to Remove either of my image, it is not being removed.

Can Some one please help..

On top of this, when I try to Download MT Slideshow Extension which is free, the site is forcing me to choose installation service..

MODS, CAN SOME ONE PLEASE LOOK INTO THIS..

I have just tested our instant of MT Segina and MT Slideshow module, It is working very well.
Could you please give me the version of your magento and the version of MT Slideshow module you are using on your site.
To view the version of MT Slideshow module, please open this file: app/code/local/MagenThemes/Mtslideshow/etc/config.xml. you will see:

<MagenThemes_Mtslideshow>
<version>[version info]</version>
</MagenThemes_Mtslideshow>

If possible, please PM me your site url, admin and the FTP Information. I will help you check it!

I will pm u my info as well, i really need help with this exact issue
I have this same issue with 2.0 version, I am able to upload/change/delete images to the slideshow but i am not able to add a link/caption to any of the images. This is really frustrating and this site is to be launched this week so any help on this ASAP would be greatly appreciated.

Hi,

I have checked your site and see that you are using old version of mt slideshow and as I told you in other thread, please try to upgrade mt slideshow to latest version (2.0.9)

linhpdt, this is really frustrating... I updated the slideshow to 2.0.9 and it now saves the data properly but now the slideshow threw off the look of my site, IS THERE A USERGUIDE TO the 2.0.9 version.

Hi,

It is easy to config and show it on your site, it will work very good with our template, but with other template you still need to have some modification to make it show nicer! Because the default layout just look well with some specific template, it can't show smoothly in all magento template! I suggest you need to modify some css to make it nicer!

Hi,

i have a problem with MT_Slideshow, too. I've installed the complete Demo-Version for mt_beca theme (quickstart package with database import).

I cannot upload images to the slides. I press the Browse-Button, select an Image (the image-name is displayed in the "upload-progress-box", with the remove button) and click on Upload files. I see the upload progress and on finish, the progress-box is green with a "complete"-Text and on the server, in the directory magento/media/mtslideshow/s/l/, i see my uploaded image.

The image is not displayed in the images-list above, so i cannot insert links or descriptions. The Slideshow in the image is the demo-slideshow of MT_Beca-Theme. In the Frontend, the Demo-Slides are visible, but in the backend the image-list is empty.

Magento-Version 1.7.0 (the mt_beca-quickstart package)
MT_Slideshow-Version: 2.0.9 (version number in config.xml, also installed via the mt_beca-quickstart package)
